T20 Square

Machine overview

T20 Square is the MARK chute sorter for rice and wheat, combining RGB image capture, controlled material feeding and adjustable lighting. Digitally aligned front and rear cameras inspect the material stream for colour differences and visible defects. The image acquisition system supplies detailed images for the sorting decision.

The upgraded vibrator tray uses sensors to maintain a consistent feed. Automatic dust removal keeps the viewing area clear, while image dimming and a user-defined RGB background help the camera system work with the selected grain. Operators can save product settings through the colour touchscreen and use the Wi-Fi control system for monitoring and adjustments.

Select the chute configuration around the material, target output and required re-sorting arrangement. The brochure includes machine and cabin dimensions, compressed-air preparation and elevator layouts so the sorter can be planned as part of the processing line.

Machine features

Front and rear RGB inspection

Digitally aligned cameras use 5400 × 3 line-pixel RGB imaging to inspect colour differences and visible defects from both sides.

Sensor-controlled feeding

The upgraded vibrator system regulates material flow and feed consistency before the grains enter the inspection area.

Automatic dust removal

An automatic cleaning system removes dust from the camera and sensor viewing area to support consistent inspection.

Lighting matched to the grain

Automatic image dimming adjusts illumination intensity. The user-defined RGB LED background can be changed for the material being processed.

Touchscreen and saved settings

A 10-inch colour HMI provides a touchscreen interface, multiple stored programme modes and live communication.

Wi-Fi monitoring

The Wi-Fi control system supports performance monitoring, alerts and setting updates.

The table lists ten configurations within the 1–12 chute range; values for 9 and 11 chutes are available on enquiry. TPH values are specifically labelled for rice/dal in the brochure and are not a wheat capacity rating. Compressed-air pressure and site requirements are confirmed with the installation specification.

The brochure output values are for the stated material and configuration at 2% input contamination. Actual throughput and rejection depend on the input material, dust and sorting requirements.
