The Insect Remover uses air separation and vibration to separate lightweight and insect-damaged material from the usable product stream before packing or further processing. Airflow and vibration are adjusted to the incoming feed and the separation required.

Applications can include grains, pulses, seeds, nuts, whole spices and makhana where unwanted material responds differently to airflow. Confirm the separation with a representative sample of your commodity and defects.

A stainless-steel body, gentle product handling and accessible cleaning support food-processing lines. Required throughput and upstream and downstream handling determine the final arrangement.
