Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, MARK stores the details you provide so its team can respond. These may include your name, company, country, email, telephone, machine interest, material and message. The landing page, referral source and campaign parameters may be recorded with the enquiry to understand how you found MARK. Temporary campaign context is kept within your browser tab and associated with your submitted enquiry when you give consent.

Your enquiry is sent only when you submit the form and agree that MARK may contact you about your request. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention when configured. Cloudflare processes the browser information needed to provide security and hosting.

Optional analytics

Analytics and advertising measurement are configurable. Optional measurement starts only after you accept it using the site's consent controls. You can change your choice using the measurement preferences control. Core content and enquiries work without optional measurement. Form contents are not sent as analytics events.

Media and external links

Open Sans is served with this website. Machine images and downloadable brochures are stored with this website. Playing a video connects to YouTube. The contact-page map connects to Google Maps only after you choose to load it; the directions link also opens Google Maps. Social and marketplace links open external websites with their own privacy practices.

Staff access and security

Private staff tools require authenticated access. Administrative changes and content revisions are recorded to protect the website and recover earlier content.

To ask about information you have provided, request correction or deletion, or discuss retention, contact info@marksorter.com or promech5@yahoo.co.in. Please include enough information to identify your enquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive details.

Language and appearance

Your chosen language, theme and motion preferences are saved in this browser. When automatic translation is configured and you choose a language, public page text is sent to Sarvam for translation. Our page translator excludes form inputs and Ask MARK conversations. Translated public text may be cached for 30 days.

Ask MARK

Ask MARK provides prepared guidance from published product information. Your question is sent to this website to choose a relevant answer. Questions and conversation history are not saved on the server or sent to an external processing service; the conversation lasts only for the current page.
