Machine overview

The MARK belt-sorting range supports makhana, chilli, nuts and garlic. A belt presents the material to the optical inspection system, which scans the product and separates the selected rejection from the accepted stream. This approach is useful when the shape and handling of the material call for a belt-based arrangement.

For garlic processing, the current GT range includes the owner-specified application of separating peeled and unpeeled garlic even when the pieces appear similar in colour. The required separation should be set from representative peeled cloves, unpeeled cloves and unwanted material so the machine can be configured for the actual product.
