Machine overview

The Grader separates dry food materials by size using a multi-deck sieve system. Select the sieve openings and the required grades around your commodity and the size groups needed for the next processing or packing stage.

Application examples include rice and wheat, grains and millets, pulses and dal, seeds and oilseeds, nuts, whole spices and makhana. The feed size, shape and handling requirements determine the appropriate screens and operating setup.

The documented makhana configuration offers three or five size grades. For other materials, confirm the screen arrangement, number of grades and throughput with MARK. Heavy-duty food-grade construction, smooth operation and cleaning access support continuous processing.
