COMMANDOR RIGG M-VISION is the specialist MARK option for hole and size sorting. It is intended for pulses, grains, pepper, groundnut, cardamom and millets where the required separation involves more than a colour difference. Hole recognition and size recognition let the sorting brief focus on the physical characteristics of the product.

For a material trial, define the acceptable product together with the unwanted hole defects and size classes. These examples give the team a practical basis for selecting the sorting criteria and assessing the accepted and rejected streams. The choice of 1–12 chutes is made around the material, required output and process arrangement.
