Machine overview

The MARK Mini is a compact optical colour-sorting option for smaller production lines, mills, food processors and material-development work. It automates colour inspection where a larger sorting installation would be excessive. The published Mini range includes single-chute 32-channel and 63-channel configurations.

Material enters through the hopper and passes through the camera inspection area. The RGB imaging system evaluates colour information against the selected sorting criteria, and the rejection mechanism separates unwanted pieces from the accepted product. A sensor-based feeder supports an even input stream and the colour touchscreen provides the operating interface.

Both listed compact configurations have front and rear cameras and a wheeled format. Select the channel option around the material, required output and available air supply. The numerical output values below are the source ratings for rice/dal, rather than a universal capacity for every material.
